Florida Integrative Health & Wellness began as Florida’s Natural Farmacy in 2018, when three business partners had a mission of making professional level supplements and holistic health, commonplace and available to all demographics. With the challenges of Covid and varying interests of the partners, they respectfully separated.


Doctor Carolyn retained her ownership and evolved her vision of creating an integrative health & wellness center in the Farmacy space, and partnered with Ashley Ondrick, a St. Pete resident, holistic chef, health coach and long time supporter of the Farmacy. With strong foundational beliefs, the two joined forces and founded  Florida Integrative Health & Wellness.


After many additional challenges at this location, the partners determined the best course of action was to close FIHW.  Dr. Carolyn has decided to take some much needed time away to spend time with family and pursue several integrative health and research projects. Ashley is continuing her art as a holistic chef in St Pete.


Dr. Carolyn's continued foundational belief is that God is using the experiences - both the amazing and the challenging - to share knowledge of holistic and integrative health, and to spread a message of hope to everyone who walks through their doors. Dr. Carolyn still aims to provide a one-stop wellness center experience incorporating acupuncture, functional medicine, massage therapy, detox support, mind/body medicine and IV therapy; which is possible after joining forces with both clinics.


Dr. Carolyn also believes in coordination of care and creating an environment where the patient has a whole team on their side; helping to provide comprehensive health treatment protocols and better compliance and success in achieving health goals. The saying goes- “it takes a village…” and we are the team helping you to remove obstacles and support the path to optimal health.

Dual Board-Certified Acupuncture Physician and Naturopathic Doctor*




Dr. Carolyn Qubeck is a dual board-certified Acupuncture Physician and Naturopathic Doctor* with a passion for helping patients find healing with integrative health. Dr. Qubeck has spent countless hours studying natural approaches to healthcare, with focuses in Acupuncture, Nutrition, Botanical Medicine, Homeopathy, Mind/Body Medicine, Environmental Medicine, Digestive Health and Food Sensitivities, Brain Health and Anti-aging. 


Dr. Qubeck works with every patient to create an individualized comprehensive plan that encompasses lifestyle, diet, nutrition, genetic research, environmental stressors, supplementation and other modalities, to help in restoring optimal health.

    She has worked extensively under Dr. Peter D’Adamo, author of Eat Right for Your Type and other Blood Type Diet publications and has trained in the application of Blood Type and Genotype Diets, personalized dietary plans that are well documented to improve overall health and wellbeing. She also studies the evolving field of nutrigenomics, utilizing genetically influenced nutritional protocols to maximize health outcomes. 


    As a NCCAOM certified Acupuncture Physician, Dr. Qubeck has the ability to provide Acu-point injection therapy, cupping and other Chinese Medicine modalities.


    When not at the clinic, she enjoys spending time with her husband, family, friends and pets. She loves being outdoors and has an appreciation for nature and all lifeforms big and small. She is a member and volunteer at Local Church St. Pete. She also has a passion for travel and has been a flight attendant for over 18 years, helping her crew members deal with the stressors of frequent travel and ever changing environments. She is grateful to have the opportunity to help others remove obstacles to cure and live healthier happier lives.

    Dr. Qubeck earned a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from the University of Bridgeport College of Naturopathic Medicine, in 2016 and is board certified. Currently, Naturopathic Doctors are not licensed in the state of Florida. The Florida Naturopathic Physicians Association is working to pass legislation that will allow qualified Naturopathic Doctors to practice primary healthcare in the state. Even though Naturopathic Doctors have held licenses to practice medicine in Florida since the 1920’s, the state no longer issues new licenses.     Dr. Qubeck is a primary care practitioner practicing in the state of Florida as an Acupuncture Physician (AP or DOM). Prescribing nutrient and herbal formulas, administering nutrient injections, ordering general and Functional Medicine labs, as well as recommending dietary protocols is within the AP scope of practice in the state. She does not prescribe pharmaceuticals or administer IV infusions but works alongside licensed providers who do.
